Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

  1. 1 teaspoons - butter
  2. 2 teaspoons - olive oil
  3. 3 - cloves garlic
  4. 1 pounds - shrimp
  5. 1/4 cups - white wine
  6. 1 - lemon juiced
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  9. 1/4 cups - Italian parsley finely chopped
  10. - lemon wedges
  11. 1 teaspoons - butter
  12. 2 teaspoons - olive oil
  13. 3 - cloves garlic
  14. 1 pounds - shrimp
  15. 1/4 cups - white wine
  16. 1 - lemon juiced
  17. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  19. 1/4 cups - Italian parsley finely chopped
  20. - lemon wedges

Directions:

1. Melt butter and oil together in sauté pan. Add garlic, sauté for 1 minute, then add shrimp.
2. Sauté for 1 minute, add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Sauté quickly while sauce reduces and shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook.
4. Sprinkle with parsley, garnish with lemon wedges. Serve over noodles or rice.
