Notes:
Plan to purchase 1/2 pound of headless shrimp per serving. Look for shrimp that are firm and translucent, with a fresh smell. Avoid any with dark spots or soft, loose shells. Rinse with cool water, re-wrap and store in the coldest part of the fridge. Use within 1 or 2 days.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons - butter
- 2 teaspoons - olive oil
- 3 - cloves garlic
- 1 pounds - shrimp
- 1/4 cups - white wine
- 1 - lemon juiced
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1/4 cups - Italian parsley finely chopped
- - lemon wedges
- 1 teaspoons - butter
- 2 teaspoons - olive oil
- 3 - cloves garlic
- 1 pounds - shrimp
- 1/4 cups - white wine
- 1 - lemon juiced
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1/4 cups - Italian parsley finely chopped
- - lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Melt butter and oil together in sauté pan. Add garlic, sauté for 1 minute, then add shrimp.
2. Sauté for 1 minute, add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Sauté quickly while sauce reduces and shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook.
4. Sprinkle with parsley, garnish with lemon wedges. Serve over noodles or rice.
