Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry*

  1. 1 pounds - shrimp
  2. 1 1/2 - broccoli
  3. 1 - onion wedge cut
  4. 4 tablespoons - rice vinegar
  5. 1/2 cups - soy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoons - chili garlic sauce
  7. 1/4 cups - sesame oil
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
  9. - sesame seeds
  10. - sliced green onions
  11. - rice or noodles


thaw shrimp according to package directions. Cook shrimp, set aside. Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces. Cut the onion into wedges. Stir together the rice vinegar, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce. In a large skillet heat the sesame oil over med-high heat. Add broccoli, shrimp and salt. cook 5-6 mins until fork tender. Stirring occasionally. Add the cooked shrimp. Heat through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
