Shrimp and Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 6 1/2 teaspoons - butter
  2. 4 1/2 teaspoons - flour
  3. 3/4 cups - milk
  4. 3/4 cups - cream
  5. - salt and pepper
  6. 1/4 cups - dry sherry
  7. 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  8. 1 packages - frozen artichoke hearts cooked
  9. 1 pounds - shrimp
  10. 4 ounces - sliced mushrooms sauteed
  11. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese
  12. - paprika

Directions:

Make cream sauce of butter, flour, milk and cream in sauce pan. Add salt and pepper, sherry and Worcestershire sauce.

Arrange artichokes, mushrooms, and shrimp in bottom of 2 quart baking dish. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees F until heated through.
