Ingredients:
- 6 1/2 teaspoons - butter
- 4 1/2 teaspoons - flour
- 3/4 cups - milk
- 3/4 cups - cream
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cups - dry sherry
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packages - frozen artichoke hearts cooked
- 1 pounds - shrimp
- 4 ounces - sliced mushrooms sauteed
- 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese
- - paprika
Directions:
Make cream sauce of butter, flour, milk and cream in sauce pan. Add salt and pepper, sherry and Worcestershire sauce.
Arrange artichokes, mushrooms, and shrimp in bottom of 2 quart baking dish. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees F until heated through.
