Shredded Beef (Crockpot)

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds - to 5 pounds Chuck Roast (boneless) trim off all fat
  2. 1 teaspoons - granular beef bouillon
  3. 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
  4. 1 teaspoons - garlic salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - rosemary
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - parsley
  8. - salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix spices together and spread on roast. Place it in the crockpot.

Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours with lid on (no need to add juice; will make its own).

Pull apart when cool.
