Ingredients:
- 4 pounds - to 5 pounds Chuck Roast (boneless) trim off all fat
- 1 teaspoons - granular beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoons - garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons - rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoons - parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix spices together and spread on roast. Place it in the crockpot.
Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours with lid on (no need to add juice; will make its own).
Pull apart when cool.
