Broth and chicken breasts can be prepared in advance and frozen.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole - Rotisserie chicken
- 1 boxes - Kitchen Basics Original Chicken Cooking Stock (32 oz.)
- 4 cups - Water
- 2 cloves - Garlic peeled and smashed
- 1 packages - Swanson Flavor Boost (chicken)
Directions:
Remove legs from the rotisserie chicken. Separate breast meat from the carcass, remove skin and set aside. Place the legs in a large saucepan and add chicken broth, water and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simer for 30 minutes. Strain, discard legs and add flavor boost. (Reserve meat for another use, if desired.) Season to taste with salt and pepper.
