    Ingredients: -Oil ½ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium -Beef qeema (Beef Mince) 250 gm -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) 1/2 Cup -Palak (Spinach) finely chopped 1 Cup -Hari methi (Fresh or dried fenugreek leaves) 2 tbs -Hari moong daal (Green gram) 1/2 Cup (soaked for 30 minutes) -Chawal (Rice) basmati 1/2 Cup (soaked for 30 minutes) -Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste -Pani (Water) 3 Cups

-Add oil in a pot, put onions and let them fry till it becomes golden brown in color.
-Add mince and ginger garlic paste, cook them well until the mince changes its color. Add water if required.
-Add red chilli powder, garam masala, crushed coriander, salt and turmeric. Mix it well and cook for 3 minutes.
-Add half a cup yogurt, half a cup spinach, 2 table spoons of methi.Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Put hari moong daal and rice, combine well. Add water if needed. pour 3 glass of water, bring it to boil then cover it. cook them on low flame for 40 minutes.
-Remover the cover mash the whole mixture and add water if needed, mix it and again cover. Cook further for 15 minutes on low flame.
-After 15 minutes remove the cover and mash them finally.
