Shirley's Frozen Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - Sugar
  2. 4 cups - Rhubarb Finely cut
  3. 1 boxes - Strawberry jello
  4. jars -

Directions:

Stir together sugar & finely cut rhubarb. Let stand until sugar dissolves. Boil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and stir in 1 box dry strawberry gelatin mix. Store in freezer containers. Makes 4 cups.
