Ingredients:

  1. 100 grams - konjac rice
  2. 1/2 cups - almond milk
  3. 5 grams - Unsweetened vanilla pudding powder
  4. - sweetener to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Make sure the milk is cold so the pudding powder will dissolve.⁣

Bring everything to boil, and cook for a few minutes on low heat until the pudding will thicken.⁣

Let it cool for a few minutes.
