  1. 2 cans - 12 oz. canned roast beef
  2. 2 cans - 4 oz. diced green chilies
  3. 2 - tomatoes diced
  4. 1 bunches - green onions diced
  5. 1 packages - large flour tortillas
  6. 1 boxes - toothpicks


1. Mix roast beef, chilies, tomatoes and onions together.

2. Cut tortillas into 2-inch strips; place a small amount of the roast beef mixture at one end of the tortilla strip.

3. Fold it over and over like a flag into a triangle shape. Put a toothpick in each one to hold them together.

4. Deep fry until golden brown.
