Sherry Vinegar & Shallot Dressing

Ingredients:

  1. 2 heads - roasted garlic
  2. 3 tablespoons - red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
  3. 1 - shallot finely chopped
  4. 2 teaspoons - Dijon
  5. 3 tablespoons - olive oil
  6. - salt
  7. - pepper
  8. 2 heads - roasted garlic
  9. 3 tablespoons - red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
  10. 1 - shallot finely chopped
  11. 2 teaspoons - Dijon
  12. 3 tablespoons - olive oil
  13. - salt
  14. - pepper

Directions:

1. Soak shallot in water for 30 minutes and drain.
2. Squeeze roasted garlic out and mix all together in blender.
3. Use for potato salad or arugula salad.
