Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 pounds - Potatoes peeled, cooked
  2. 2 pounds - Ground beef
  3. 1/2 cups - Onion chopped
  4. 1 cans - Whole Kernel Corn drained
  5. 1 tablespoons - Butter melted
  6. 1 cups - sour cream 8oz
  7. 1 - Small sweet red pepper chopped
  8. 1 cans - Cream of mushroom soup
  9. 1/2 cups - Milk
  10. - Salt to taste
  11. - Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mash potatoes and add sour cream, salt and pepper, and set aside.

2. Cook meat, onion and red pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain and add corn, mushroom soup and milk.

3. Spread meat and vegetable mixture in 3 quart baking dish, top with mashed potatoes and drizzle with butter.

4. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
