Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - chopped shallots
  2. 6 tablespoons - seasoned rice vinegar
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - olive oil

Directions:

Whisk shallots, rice vinegar and Dijon mustard in small bowl to blend.

Gradually whisk in the oil. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
