Shaffer Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tubes - Breakfast sausage, regular open
  2. 1 tubes - Breakfast Sausage , hot open
  3. 4 tablespoons - flour
  4. 1 cups - milk
  5. 1 tubes - flaky buttermilk bisquits open
  6. - favorite hot sauce if desired
  7. 1 tubes - Breakfast sausage, regular open
  8. 1 tubes - Breakfast Sausage , hot open
  9. 4 tablespoons - flour
  10. 1 cups - milk
  11. 1 tubes - flaky buttermilk bisquits open
  12. - favorite hot sauce if desired

Directions:

Prepare biscuits according to instructions. Brown both sausage loafs in skillet, drain fat. Sprinkle flour over sausage to coat. Add slightly more flour for thicker gravy or less for thinner. Over medium heat pour in milk, stir until thickened. If too thick, add more milk. Add dash of hot sauce to taste. Split biscuits and dump gravy over biscuits.
