Sesame noodles

Ingredients:

  1. 10 ounces - fluid thin noodles cooked and drained
  2. 1/4 cups - soy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  4. 4 teaspoons - garlic minced
  5. 2 tablespoons - rice vinegar
  6. 3 tablespoons - pure sesame oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - hot chili oil
  8. 4 tablespoons - canola oil
  9. 4 whole - green onions thinly sliced

Directions:

1. Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed.
2. Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
3. Sprinkle with green onions and toss.
4. Serve in a bowl with chopsticks. Yummy!
