Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 ounces - Rum
  2. 1 ounces - Dry Sherry
  3. 1/2 ounces - Sweet Vermouth
  4. 1/4 ounces - Simple Syrup
  5. 1 - Egg
  6. 2 dashes - Walnut Bitters
  7. 5 drops - Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients but nutmeg in a shaker. Dry shake (without ice) 15-20 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously 45 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
