Seasoned Salmon over Spring Salad with Peach Habanero Dressing

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Salmon
  2. 1 teaspoons - HEB Texas Originals Seafood Seasoning
  3. 1 - Cedar plank Soaked 20 min.
  4. 3 cups - Central Market Power Greens Salad Blend
  5. 1/2 cups - Grated carrots
  6. 1/2 cups - Pistachios
  7. 1/2 whole - Bell pepper Diced
  8. 1 containers - HEB Peach Habanero Seafood Splash

Directions:

1. Heat grill to medium-high (350).
2. Season salmon with seafood seasoning on both sides. Place on plank and grill 20-25 min., or until salmon flakes easily from the center part of the filet.
3. Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, mix salad blend, carrots, pistachios and bell pepper.
4. Slice salmon into bite-size pieces and add to salad.
5. Use seafood splash as salad dressing.
