Seafood Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. - olive oil
  2. 1 - onion
  3. 3 - leeks thinly sliced
  4. 1 - red pepper diced
  5. 1 tablespoons - garlic chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - chili flakes
  7. 1 cups - canned tomatoes chopped
  8. 1 tablespoons - paprika
  9. 1 tablespoons - oregano
  10. - pepper
  11. 1 pounds - stripped bass firm whitefish cut 2 inch
  12. 8 ounces - scallops cut if large
  13. 1 pounds - jumbo shrimp
  14. 1 cups - fresh bread crumbs
  15. 1/3 cups - white wine
  16. 1 cups - milk
  17. - olive oil

  25. 1 tablespoons - oregano
  26. - pepper
  27. 1 pounds - stripped bass firm whitefish cut 2 inch
  28. 8 ounces - scallops cut if large
  29. 1 pounds - jumbo shrimp
  30. 1 cups - fresh bread crumbs
  31. 1/3 cups - white wine
  32. 1 cups - milk

Directions:

1. Heat over to 350°.
2. In a pan, use the olive oil to sauté onion, leeks, red pepper, garlic, chili flakes, tomatoes, paprika, oregano and pepper.
3. Season the bass or whitefish, scallops and shrimp.
4. In a clean skillet, simmer the bread crumbs and milk for 2 minutes. Add the other ingredients you sautéed and put all into the casserole dish.
5. In a clean skillet, lightly sauté fish and add to casserole.
6. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
