Ingredients:
- - olive oil
- 1 - onion
- 3 - leeks thinly sliced
- 1 - red pepper diced
- 1 tablespoons - garlic chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - chili flakes
- 1 cups - canned tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoons - paprika
- 1 tablespoons - oregano
- - pepper
- 1 pounds - stripped bass firm whitefish cut 2 inch
- 8 ounces - scallops cut if large
- 1 pounds - jumbo shrimp
- 1 cups - fresh bread crumbs
- 1/3 cups - white wine
- 1 cups - milk

- 8 ounces - scallops cut if large
- 1 pounds - jumbo shrimp
- 1 cups - fresh bread crumbs
- 1/3 cups - white wine
- 1 cups - milk
Directions:
1. Heat over to 350°.
2. In a pan, use the olive oil to sauté onion, leeks, red pepper, garlic, chili flakes, tomatoes, paprika, oregano and pepper.
3. Season the bass or whitefish, scallops and shrimp.
4. In a clean skillet, simmer the bread crumbs and milk for 2 minutes. Add the other ingredients you sautéed and put all into the casserole dish.
5. In a clean skillet, lightly sauté fish and add to casserole.
6. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
