Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - Butter
  2. 6 dozen - Eggs
  3. 1 tablespoons - Salt
  4. 1 tablespoons - Pepper
  5. 3 cans - Evaporated milk
  6. 1 1/2 pounds - Butter
  7. 6 dozen - Eggs
  8. 1 tablespoons - Salt
  9. 1 tablespoons - Pepper
  10. 3 cans - Evaporated milk

Directions:

Preheat roaster to 400 oven. Cut butter into pieces and melt in bottom of roaster. Beat eggs slightly add salt, pepper and milk. Pour into roaster and cook for 45-60 minutes. Stirring with wire whisk. Serves large crowd.
