Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces - Glenfiddich 12 year
- 1/2 ounces - Root Liqueur
- 2 ounces - Lemon Sour
- 2 ounces - Fig Jam
- 1/2 ounces - Apple Juice
- 1/2 ounces - Egg Whites optional
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker. Shake until fig jam is dissolved. Strain with a julep strainer over fresh ice into a bucket glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or a fresh fig.
