  1. 1 1/2 ounces - Glenfiddich 12 year
  2. 1/2 ounces - Root Liqueur
  3. 2 ounces - Lemon Sour
  4. 2 ounces - Fig Jam
  5. 1/2 ounces - Apple Juice
  6. 1/2 ounces - Egg Whites optional


Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker. Shake until fig jam is dissolved. Strain with a julep strainer over fresh ice into a bucket glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or a fresh fig.
