2 cups - Light brown sugar
2 whole - Eggs well beaten
1 cups - All purpose flour heaping
2 teaspoons - Vanilla
1 cups - Nuts chopped
1 pinchs - Salt
1 1/3 sticks - Butter
2 cups - Light brown sugar

Directions:

Cream the butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
