Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - flour
  2. 3 teaspoons - baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  4. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  5. 1/2 cups - butter
  6. 2 - eggs
  7. 1/2 cups - milk
  8. 2 cups - flour
  9. 3 teaspoons - baking powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  11. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  12. 1/2 cups - butter
  13. 2 - eggs
  14. 1/2 cups - milk

Directions:

1. Cut butter into dry ingredients.
2. Make well in the center. Pour in eggs and milk, well beaten.
3. Stir until free of sides of bowl.
4. Roll to 3/4" thick, cut into squares. Brush with a bit of reserved egg whites and sugar.
5. Bake at 450° for 12-15 minutes.
