Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - flour
  2. 1 cups - Bisquick
  3. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 tablespoons - baking powder
  6. 1/2 cups - frozen butter cubed
  7. 1/2 cups - milk
  8. 1 - egg beaten
  9. 2 tablespoons - milk
  10. 1 tablespoons - sugar

Directions:

Combine flour, Bisquick, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Stir and add cubes of butter, separating cubes. Cut in with pastry cutter.

Fold in milk and egg. Do Not over-mix.

Turn onto floured work surface; pat dough down to form 1/2-inch thick circle.

Combine milk and sugar for glaze; brush half of this mixture over the dough. Cut dough into biscuits.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Brush with glaze.
