Ingredients:
- - scallops
- 1/4 sticks - butter
- 1/4 cups - dry white wine
- 1/8 teaspoons - oregano
- 1/8 teaspoons - rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoons - thyme
- 1/8 teaspoons - tarragon
- 1/8 teaspoons - parsley
Directions:
Dry scallops with paper towels. Saute scallops for 5 minutes in butter.
Push scallops aside and add white wine and herbs to pan.
Simmer and serve.
