Ingredients:

  1. - scallops
  2. 1/4 sticks - butter
  3. 1/4 cups - dry white wine
  4. 1/8 teaspoons - oregano
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - rosemary
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - thyme
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - tarragon
  8. 1/8 teaspoons - parsley

Directions:

Dry scallops with paper towels. Saute scallops for 5 minutes in butter.

Push scallops aside and add white wine and herbs to pan.

Simmer and serve.
