Scalloped Potatoes and pork chops

Ingredients:

  1. 5 cups - Thinly Sliced Peeled potatoes
  2. 1 cups - Chopped Onion salt and pepper to taste
  3. 1 cans - Cream soup
  4. 1/2 cups - Sour Cream
  5. 6 whole - Pork loin chops 1" thick

Directions:

In a greased 9x13 dish. layer half of the potatoes and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Combine the soup and sour cream; pour over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Meanwhile in a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. Place chops on top casserole. Cover and return to the oven for 45 min or until chops are tender. Uncover during last 15 min of baking.
