Ingredients:
- 1 quarts - savoy cabbage chopped
- 3 cups - butternut squash medium diced
- 1 cups - onions diced
- 4 slices - bacon
- 1 tablespoons - red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoons - sugar
- 4 tablespoons - extra virgin olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large saute pan, add oil and bacon; cook until bacon is lightly crispy and add onions. Saute for a few minutes until onions are soft.
Add quash and cabbage and saute until they are all tender. Add remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
