Savory Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoons - ground mustard
  3. 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
  4. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  5. 4 - pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  6. 2 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  7. 2 teaspoons - ground mustard
  8. 1 cups - water
  9. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  10. 2 tablespoons - ketchup
  11. 2 tablespoons - orange marmalade
  12. 1 tablespoons - soy sauce
  13. 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard

Directions:

In a bowl, combine flour, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes.

Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes.

Spoon sauce over chops when serving.
