Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Zucchini
  2. 1 cans - Sweetcorn
  3. 1/2 cups - Onion
  4. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  5. 1 teaspoons - Basil
  6. 1 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Combine squash, corn, onion, butter, and basil in 1 & 1/2 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Drain if desired. Top with cheese and let melt.
