Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - fresh mushrooms
  2. 2 tablespoons - chopped parsley
  3. 1 1/2 cups - Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  4. 1 teaspoons - Minced Garlic
  5. 1 pounds - Bulk Pork sausage

Directions:

Rinse mushrooms and pat dry; remove stems. Chop stems, and combine with sausage, garlic, and parsley. Cook until sausage is browned, drain. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, and place in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2o minutes.
