Sausage Spinach Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground spicy Italian sausage
  2. 24 ounces - jar pasta sauce
  3. 1 cans - cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  4. 2 ounces - fresh baby spinach
  5. 1/2 pounds - carrots peeled and diced
  6. 1 - small onion diced
  7. 1 cups - uncooked elbow macaroni not needed until day of cooking
  8. 4 cups - chicken broth not needed until day of cooking

Directions:

Thaw overnight in refrigerator or in water. Add to crockpot with chicken broth. Cook on low setting for 8 hours. Add pasta and cook for additional 30 minutes on high setting.
