Ingredients:
- 1 cans - crescent roll dough
- 1 pounds - sausage cooked
- 6 - eggs beaten
- - pepper and onion powder to taste
- 3 tablespoons - green pepper chopped
- 1 pounds - monterey jack or mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions:
Unroll crescent roll dough and press into bottom of a 9-x-13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl combine cooked sausage, beaten eggs, pepper, onion powder, green pepper, and shredded cheese; stir well.
Pour into pan over crescent roll dough.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
