Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - crescent roll dough
  2. 1 pounds - sausage cooked
  3. 6 - eggs beaten
  4. - pepper and onion powder to taste
  5. 3 tablespoons - green pepper chopped
  6. 1 pounds - monterey jack or mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions:

Unroll crescent roll dough and press into bottom of a 9-x-13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl combine cooked sausage, beaten eggs, pepper, onion powder, green pepper, and shredded cheese; stir well.

Pour into pan over crescent roll dough.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
