Sausage Brunch Casserole

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - sausage crumbled, cooked
  2. 8 ounces - crescent roll dough
  3. 2 cans - mozzarella cheese shredded
  4. 4 - eggs beaten
  5. 3/4 cups - milk
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper


Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish with crescent roll dough.
Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of crescent roll dough and top that with mozzarella cheese.
Mix together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Pour mixture into baking pan atop sausage and cheese.
Bake about 20 minutes, then let sit 15 minutes before serving.
