Sausage and Kale Stuffing

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - HEB Fresh Maple Pork or Turkey Sausage
  2. 3 cups - Kale Roughly chopped into 2-in pieces
  3. 1 packages - Corn Bread Stuffing
  4. 1 cups - Raisins
  5. 5 cups - Chicken broth
  6. - Salt, to taste
  7. - Pepper, to taste
  8. 1 tablespoons - Pecan halves

Directions:

1. Heat a heavy-buttom skilet 2 min. on medium-high heat. Add sausage and saute until cooked through, about 7 min.

2. Add kale and cook an additional 3 min. Fold in corn bread stuffing, raisins and chicken broth. Cook an additional 2 min. or until stuffing is moist. Season to taste w/ salt and pepper.

3. Garnish w/ pecans.
