Ingredients:
- 1 packages - HEB Fresh Maple Pork or Turkey Sausage
- 3 cups - Kale Roughly chopped into 2-in pieces
- 1 packages - Corn Bread Stuffing
- 1 cups - Raisins
- 5 cups - Chicken broth
- - Salt, to taste
- - Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoons - Pecan halves
Directions:
1. Heat a heavy-buttom skilet 2 min. on medium-high heat. Add sausage and saute until cooked through, about 7 min.
2. Add kale and cook an additional 3 min. Fold in corn bread stuffing, raisins and chicken broth. Cook an additional 2 min. or until stuffing is moist. Season to taste w/ salt and pepper.
3. Garnish w/ pecans.
