Sausage and Cheese Grits

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - bulk sausage
  2. - Tabasco to taste
  3. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  6. 1 cups - quick cooking grits
  7. 4 cups - boiling water
  8. 1 cups - extra sharp cheddar cheese grated
  9. 2 - large eggs beaten

Directions:

Brown sausage and drain. Add spices; set aside.

Cook grits in boiling water. Add all the other ingredients and then pour into buttered baking dish.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
