  1. - scallops
  2. - butter
  3. pinchs - basil
  4. pinchs - tarragon
  5. pinchs - garlic
  6. pinchs - thyme
  7. pinchs - parsley
  8. - chablis

Directions:

Melt butter and saute scallops. Add herbs, then add chablis; heat and serve immediately.
