Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 1 packages - taco seasoning
- 2 cups - chicken broth
- 1/4 cups - flour
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1 cans - diced green chiles
- 1 packages - tortilla chips
- 2 cups - monty jack or cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cups - sliced green onions optional
Directions:
In medium skillet, brown meat until crumbly; drain fat. Add taco seasoning, blending well. In a small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat mixture. Bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid. Stir in sour cream and chiles into beef mixture, blending well.
In 9x13 lightly greased glass baking dish, place 1/2 of chips. Top with 1/2 of meat mixture, 1/2 of cheese, then 1/2 green onions. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
