Sam and Omie's Clam Chowder

Ingredients:

  1. 7 strips - Bacon
  2. 2 cups - Onion Chopped
  3. 2 cups - Celery Chopped
  4. 4 pounds - Potatoes Diced
  5. - 8 - 10 C. Clam juice
  6. 4 cloves - Garlic Chopped
  7. 1 dashes - Italian seasoning
  8. - Salt, to taste
  9. - Pepper, to taste
  10. - 8 - 10 C. chopped Clams

Directions:

1. Brown bacon and remove from pot.
2. Add onion, celery, garlic and seasonings to pot. Cook until all ingredients soften.
3. Once ingredients are softened, add clam juice. Bring to a boil.
4. Add potatoes and chopped clams. Cook until potatoes are cooked.
