Ingredients:
- 7 strips - Bacon
- 2 cups - Onion Chopped
- 2 cups - Celery Chopped
- 4 pounds - Potatoes Diced
- - 8 - 10 C. Clam juice
- 4 cloves - Garlic Chopped
- 1 dashes - Italian seasoning
- - Salt, to taste
- - Pepper, to taste
- - 8 - 10 C. chopped Clams
Directions:
1. Brown bacon and remove from pot.
2. Add onion, celery, garlic and seasonings to pot. Cook until all ingredients soften.
3. Once ingredients are softened, add clam juice. Bring to a boil.
4. Add potatoes and chopped clams. Cook until potatoes are cooked.
