Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Caramel, preferably from a block Can substitute bagged and unwrapped caramels
- 1 tablespoons - Vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Sea salt
- 1/4 cups - Heavy cream
Directions:
1. Combine caramel, vanilla bean paste, sea salt and heavy cream in a large saucepan set over medium heat. Stirring frequently, continue to heat until the caramel has liquefied and the ingredients have blended together.
2. When ready to serve, microwave sauce for 20 sec. and stir. Heat at 5-sec. intervals until pourable.
3. Serve topping w/ ice cream, pound cake, etc.
