Ingredients:
- 1 packages - Yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cups - Butter
- 1 - Egg
- 3 cups - Mini marshmallows
- 2/3 cups - Corn syrup
- 1/4 cups - Butter
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 12 ounces - Peanut butter chips
- 2 cups - Rice Krispie
- 2 cups - Salted peanuts
- 1 packages - Yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cups - Butter
- 1 - Egg
- 3 cups - Mini marshmallows
- 2/3 cups - Corn syrup
- 1/4 cups - Butter
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 12 ounces - Peanut butter chips
- 2 cups - Rice Krispie
- 2 cups - Salted peanuts
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Combine cake mix, butter, and egg. Combine until crumbly. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 14-18 min until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven for 1-2 min until marshmallows start to puff. Cool while preparing top.
Heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chips until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cereal and nuts. Immediately spoon over marshmallows. Chill and cut into bars. Store covered.
