Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  2. 1 cups - Sour Cream
  3. 1 1/2 cups - Salsa Verde Divided
  4. 8 - Corn or Flour Tortillas 6 inch
  5. 2 cups - Tomato Chopped
  6. 2 cups - Mexican Shredded Cheese
  7. 1 bunches - Cilantro Minced
  8. 2 cups - Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  9. 1 cups - Sour Cream
  10. 1 1/2 cups - Salsa Verde Divided
  11. 8 - Corn or Flour Tortillas 6 inch
  12. 2 cups - Tomato Chopped
  13. 2 cups - Mexican Shredded Cheese
  14. 1 bunches - Cilantro Minced

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine the chicken, sour cream and 3/4 cup salsa. Spread 1/4 cup salsa on the bottom of a greased square baking dish.

Layer with half of the tortillas and chicken mixture; sprinkle with half the tomatoes, minced cilantro, and half of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, tomatoes, and cheese.

Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees until bubbly, 20-25 minutes.

Serve with remaining salsa and, if desired, optional toppings.
