Ingredients:

  1. 1 - lug tomatoes (10 to 14 pounds) skinned
  2. 6 - green peppers diced
  3. 6 - large onions diced
  4. 1 stalks - celery (entire stalk) diced
  5. 1 cups - brown sugar
  6. 1 bunches - cilantro chopped
  7. 3 cups - cider vinegar
  8. 3 tablespoons - salt
  9. 1 tablespoons - pepper
  10. 1/2 pounds - to 1 pound chili peppers seeds make it hot; use to taste

Directions:

Combine ingredients in large kettle. Stir; simmer about 3 hours or until thick.

Put into sterilized jars; process in a boiling-water bath 15 minutes (water should cover jars).
