Notes:
*Pioneer Woman posted once about her fool proof salmon cooking technique and I haven't looked back since. It makes sure the salmon stays moist but cooks all the way through and still gets crispy on the outside. Once you figure out how long it takes in your oven based on the salmon you normally buy, you will be able to make this in no time. *This sauce is for a lot of salmon, but I tend to like the make the full serving even for just 1-2 pieces. It's a great sauce to pour over green beans or broccoli as your side dish.

Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 - lime juice and zest
- 1 tablespoons - maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons - kosher salt
- 1 1/4 pounds - salmon fillet skin removed
- 2 tablespoons - cilantro chopped
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together juice, zest, maple syrup, sriracha and salt.
2. Place salmon on a a foil line baking sheet or baking dish. If on a baking sheet, curl up all the ends so that you create a "boat" for the salmon so the sauce doesn't run everywhere.
3. Pour the lime-maple mixture over top.
4. Place into a COLD oven and then set the temperature at 400 degrees. Bake for 12-16 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon and desired doneness.
