Salmon with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 4 whole - 6-oz. ea. Salmon fillets
  2. - Salt, to taste
  3. - Pepper, to taste
  4. 1/2 cups - Dijon mustard
  5. 3 tablespoons - Olive oil
  6. 3 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoons - Minced garlic

Directions:

SEASON salmon w/ salt & pepper. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down.

MIX remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/3 C. sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon.

BAKE salmon at 400 for 10-15 min., until salmon is cooked through. Serve w/ reserved mustard sauce.
