Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Smoked salmon Sliced
  2. 1 packages - Puff Pastry Thawed to room temperature
  3. 1 whole - Egg Beaten
  4. 3 tablespoons - Robert's Reserve Lemon Caper Dill Sauce

Directions:

Spread Lemon Dill Caper Sauce onto opened puff pastry leaving a 1/4-in border around the perimeter. Next lay the sliced smoked salmon over the pastry and sauce. Tightly roll the pastry up and slice into 1/2-in rounds. Place on a cooking sheet and brush w/ beaten egg. Bake for 15 min. at 420 degrees.
