Salmon - Quick and Easy

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - salmon filets
  2. - herb mixture (best are Mountain Rose Herbs)
  3. - extra virgin olive oil or some organic butter

Directions:

In the oven broiler, heat a cast iron griddle about 7 minutes.

Remove griddle from oven, put salmon on it, skin-down, sprinkle on some herbs; return to the broiler about 7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.

Remove griddle from oven and drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil  or add a few pats of organic butter over the salmon.

When serving, you can easily leave the skin stuck the to griddle.
