Ingredients:
- 3 cans - boneless, skinless salmon DO NOT drain
- 1 - large egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 cups - seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cups - onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cups - celery finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups - sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoons - dill weed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - lemon juice
- 3 cans - boneless, skinless salmon DO NOT drain
- 1 - large egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 cups - seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cups - onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cups - celery finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups - sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoons - dill weed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - lemon juice
Directions:
1.) Drain salmon and set juice aside for later. Flake salmon with a fork and combine with celery, onion, bread crumbs and baking powder.
2.) Add egg and enough salmon juice to hold mixture together, but not be too wet.
3.) Butter non-stick pan and bake patties approximately 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
For the sauce:
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed and lemon juice in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
