Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 16-oz. Pink salmon
  2. 1 whole - Egg
  3. 1/3 cups - Onion Minced
  4. 1/2 cups - Flour
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  6. - Cooking oil

Directions:

1. Drain salmon, retaining liquid. Set liquid aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg and onion until sticky. Stir in flour. Set aside.

3. Add baking powder to salmon liquid and, then, stir into salmon mixture. Form into patties.

4. Fry in hot oil.
