Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cups - mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons - cognac
- 3 tablespoons - finely chopped white onion
- 1/2 teaspoons - Tabasco sauce +1/2 tsp more to taste
- 2 teaspoons - capers rinsed and chopped
- 2 cans - 15.5 oz red salmon
- 1/2 cups - cold water
- 2 envelopes - unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cups - boiling water
- 4 - cucumbers
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons - fresh dill
- 1 1/3 tablespoons - white vinegar (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)

- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons - fresh dill
- 1 1/3 tablespoons - white vinegar (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
Directions:
Mouse
1, in a bowl, pour cod water on top of gelatin and let bloom.
2. Whip cream cheese with hand mixer.
3. Add mayo, lemon juice, Cognac, onion, Tabasco sauce and capers.
4. Add boiling water to the gelatin and stir to dissolve it.
5. Add to above mixture.
6. Spray 6 cup mold with oil and pour mouse into the mold. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set.
7. When unmolded, garnish with slices of cucumber and lemon and serve with cucumber sauce.
Cucumber Sauce
1. Peel cucumbers, scoop out seeds. Shred cucumbers and salt lightly. Let stand for 15 minutes. Squeeze out all excess juice.
2. Mix cucumbers with rest of ingredients until blended.
