Ingredients:
- 1 - small onion finely chopped or grated
- 1 cans - red salmon
- 1/2 cups - fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoons - horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
Directions:
1. Drain the salmon well and flake into a small bowl. Sieve the cottage cheese and add to the salmon. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a suitable dish and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
2. Serve with crunchy vegetable crudites or with wholemeal toast taken from the Healthy Extras section.
