Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - small onion finely chopped or grated
  2. 1 cans - red salmon
  3. 1/2 cups - fat-free cottage cheese
  4. 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  5. - salt and freshly ground black pepper
  6. 1 teaspoons - horseradish sauce
  7. 1 teaspoons - lemon juice

Directions:

1. Drain the salmon well and flake into a small bowl. Sieve the cottage cheese and add to the salmon. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a suitable dish and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

2. Serve with crunchy vegetable crudites or with wholemeal toast taken from the Healthy Extras section.
