Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - hamburger meat
  2. 1/4 cups - seasoned bread crumbs
  3. 1 - egg beaten
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 dashes - pepper
  6. 2 tablespoons - minced onion
  7. 1/4 cups - chopped celery
  8. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  9. 1/2 cups - water

Directions:

Combine first seven ingredients and shape into one big patty. Brown on both sides in a skillet in a small amount of oil.

Combine soup and water and pour around meat in skillet. Cook slowly in covered skillet for 25 minutes.
