Salad with Grapes and Feta

  1. 1 heads - leaf lettuce rinsed, dried & in bite-size pieces
  2. 1 whole - carrot sliced
  3. 2 whole - roma tomatoes diced
  4. 1/2 pounds - red seedless grapes
  5. 1/2 cups - almonds chopped
  6. 3/4 cups - feta cheese crumbled
  7. 1/2 cups - Greek vinaigrette salad dressing optional


1. In a large serving bowl, toss together the leaf lettuce, carrots, and tomatoes. Place the grapes on top. You may chill the salad until needed at this point if you wish.
2. Just before serving, sprinkle on the almonds and feta cheese. Toss with the salad dressing to taste, if desired.
